My Story

I was introduced to Reiki during my childhood from three very special Reiki Masters; my mother and two aunts.  Growing up with these women meant that someone in the family was often giving, receiving or sending (distance) Reiki to one another.  It was typical to see family members laying on the floor accepting healings at holiday and family gatherings.  Years later, during a particularly troubling time, I booked a Reiki session with a local practitioner.  The session was profound and deeply therapeutic.  Shortly after during an intuitive meditation session, a suggestion was made to explore the Healing Arts and Reiki.  In 2017, I received the first degree training and attunement and began offering heartfelt sessions.  The following year I received the second degree training, and finally entered an eight month teaching mentorship Master Degree training/attunement - and began teaching Reiki to students.  As a 2nd generation Reiki Practitioner, it has been an honor to continue this family tradition and share my love of Reiki with my family and as a service to my community. 

When a seed was planted that I was ready to welcome a child into my family, I began my fertility journey by seeking support holistically.  In my hopes to have a baby, I attended a group Hypnosis Ceremony and was astounded by how that short two hour workshop lifted my spirits and renewed my faith in the fertility process.   I was so impressed with the healing I received, I wanted to learn this integrative style myself so that I could be a support to others.  In 2020,  I enrolled in a unique eight month hypnosis certification course and have been helping people make positive shifts ever since.

Before I gave birth to my daughter in 2019, my own fertility journey took 26 months and drove me down roads I never anticipated.  My former life was on hold while I worked tirelessly to do “all” the things to bring my baby into my arms.  Despite my struggles, I had the strongest inner knowing the spirit of my baby was close by and with whom I already felt deeply connected to.  I understand anyone grabbling to bring their baby home, because I had that same struggle.  I feel called to use the challenges of my fertility journey experience as a way to help those on a similar path and guide others with their dream of bringing their own babies home.  

I discovered HypnoBirthing® during my own pregnancy.  The concepts that birthing can and should be experienced calmly, gently, joyfully, peacefully, and comfortably intrigued me.  Learning that I could achieve this by practicing self-hypnosis and my own intuition empowered me.  Implementing the HypnoBirthing® techniques resulted in a truly lovely birthing experience, and it delights me to share this course with expecting families since becoming a Certified HypnoBirthing® Educator.

I have coupled my life experiences and integrated these various modalities to establish heartfelt offerings aimed to assist individuals and families to make positive transformations, heal and achieve their goals. I look forward to connecting with you!

Welcome! The sacred balancing Jasper stone is known as the supreme nurturer. I created Jasper Energy Healing as a safe place to nurture and guide those preparing to make shifts and positive change in their life.  A place where one can manifest their desires using Hypnosis and Reiki. I live in Brooklyn, NY with my daughter and our gray cat named Blu.
